No support and value to the customers.

My father is a loyal customer to the IOB.


Find the below issues we faced with this bank:


We had fixed deposit here and the last date is 14/12/17. We just got a message on 12/12/17 by saying this. That time we were in some urgency, we are out of city. So, we haven’t reached the bank to collect the money for 15 days. In these 15 days, we haven’t get any message amd call from the bank regarding this. We assured its till there we can collect. We contacted the person in the bank after 15 days and asked for the amount withdraw. They don’t that FD got renewed. Its very bad without informing or contacting to the customers how can they do this. They may be case the customers need money, in that case what can they do. Nothing, right?


Its better if you guys customer friendly, otherwise, you will loose customers.


And even they are charging for Debit card usage. Its very funny. In today’s digital world. Every one has to debit card, If they charge money for this also, its very poor to hear.


There are some many banks which gives good offers to the customers. I am expecting samething form IOB as well and more over IOB need that to live in this digital and tech world.


I had seen, the persons in the bank were not giving respect and not responding clearly and peacefully to the customers doubts. We need this as well.
