I open my saving account in IOB 1 year ago.
The staff is very rude
Charge high rate of bank charges
Net- banking mot applibable
Less branches then other private or public banks
Lack of staff
Debit various charges in out account and when complain then also they did’nt do anything
Not grant loan easily
Not supportive at all
I request the IOB TEAM take the review in positive way and do changes and make your Bank better
