Its a very irritating experience for me in IOB.I went to IOB for opening a savings account recently, it was a bitter experience because there is no customer support or some to guide how to open an account. At last I went to the branch manager, that old man ufff! when I asked him for a pair of Account Opening Form hes so harsh and said I got lot of work to do...wait for a sometime.
After 20 mins I went to him and asked for 2 sets of forms, but he gave 1 set, again I asked him sir I asked for two sets of forms for me and my sister. Harshly wont you ask properly for 2 sets of forms first itself. Gosh...! I dont know whether he has hearing problems...I stared at him and left the forms empty...!
