A vogus bank. I have an account with this bank and I regret my decision of creating an account with this bank. I have faced many problems with this bank. I recently had a huge problem with them. I use paytm for recharges and bill payment.
One day I payed a bill of Rs. 1740 and hiwever it failed and I was charged. Paytm refunded the money on that particular day but overseas bank took over 1month to refund my money. Same thing happened with me in make my trip. I booked hotels worth 28k from make my trip. However the trip got cancelled and I canceled my bookings on make my trip.
They refunded my money the very same day but again my bank didn’t gave me the money. I called customer care of IOB and they told me they had server problems and I would receive my money within 7days. 10days passed but still I didn’t got my money. Recently I got my money. It took them 1month to reflect the amount in my account that too after repeatedly calling them.
