This bank provides lowest perk as compared to other banks in industry. The management dont pay attention to the development of the bank. The employee training needs to be taken at regular basis which is not happening. The infra structure is also of low category. The softwares used in the banking system are very old. They are not upgrading the same. They dont pay attention to the customers. Every employee is not focused tho their job, they are doing various jobs. even if someone resign s from the job, the management harasses them.
