The bank especially Avtar Enclave Paschim Vihar New Delhi branch should not be allowed to operate. They don’t care about customer. You can never complete any work in single visit. And I must warn you here - If you think it can be done online or thru email. it will never be done. Their ATM is down mostly. Staff is busy with other things indicating that they have other priorities than attending to the customer who has visited the branch after taking time out of work schedule. Centralised customer service is also poor. They also don’t responds to emails.
