I am holding saving account in iob since 3 years. All my family members having saving account in this bank.
But the disadvantage of this bank no of branches are very less outside the tamilnadu. You can not get its branch easily so its not recommanded while you are staying away from the home.
ATM availability is the problem with bank. Very less no of ATM . Most of transaction has been done in other ATM.
Net banking and phonebanking is ok. But look is too simple.
I have decided to open account because of less crowd. Their customer service is good.
