Transaction failed but my money got debited, I had to pay my tuition fee and because of the banks fault I had to pay fine but still they didn’t refund my amount back.
The customer care service is extremely poor they started giving me different numbers to contact and none took any initiative to address my concern. I regret opening an account in this bank, I wish I had enough time to waste, then I would have definitely sued this bank.
