I have an account in this bank and had been very very disappointed with the response of staff and also the problems in different functions of the bank. It has a lot of problems and some of them are:
It has the worst internet banking service in India. Otp is sometimes received even after half an hour which makes very difficult to perform online payments
Its default banking operations are also slow as passbook cant be updated even after an hour of depositing the money.
Credit cards service is also not good as its option don’t came at many of the internet services and also there are no deals or offers for using it.
