Sent an express priority international letter on 7th November. They said, they will deliver it to campus on 14 Nov. The tracking number is useless, it gives you updates like parcel sent and parcel held with no further means to track why it is being held.
Called up the Adyar S.O office at this number 044 2491 7760 every half an hour on 16th. One rude person, says keep calling back every 30 mins, finally he took my number down, said he will call back and never bothered to call back.
When I called back again, he yells at me that it is stuck in customs, it is not our headache! They will take 7 more days. He could have said, "go hang! " instead, it’s more to the point.
Anyway, will update if they ever send my package.
