I was traveling to durnto from hawrah to delhi about 1 month ago. In sleeper class. I was very disappointed by the service by irctc. The bedroll was given incomplete. As if I select for non veg then I suppose to get egg or something in breakfast. But they didn’t gave as per railway menu. And then at the time of lunch and dinner they should give hot food. But the food was totally cold.

What I know is that they have a salary by railway but then also they ask and the people have to give what I see.( expression) .
