Hello friend, i’m sharing my personal experience about Indian railway. I’m doing Engineering in Odisha(Bhubaneswar), now i’m in 3rd years. In maximum travel in Utkal express. I always used Irctc for making ticket. I always keep going in the the sleeper coach, the sleeper coach always remains dirty and sheets are also dirty. Some coach do not even a door. Due to which the Air come and the passengers has a lot of trouble . Switch board is also bad in any coach . Because of which people have to take a lot of trouble in the Emergency.
Indian Railway given bad food supply and they are given stale food. Its taste is very bad and it is directly effected on own body.
Toilet service is very bad and quarreled with each other for seat. Indian railway very bad and due to to this worst service of people with suffer many problem.
There website and application running very slow and going hang any time. no information is given in website. Their content is not so good. It is not so user friendly. They need more much improvement in this website, it is very slow while using application and website.
They need to be improvement regarding service and supply .
