Memorable Leh-delhi-Agra trip

I travelled from Bangalore to Leh and Delhi Agra with family covering 9 days trip during  last week of Jul, 12 . I divide  my feedback in 4 parts: Planning: As soon as I clicked on ITD web link  while searching the tour plans, they started contacting me and conversing with me for planning.


They helped a lot about  local dynamics of Leh and plan better.  They also helped and arranged all flight tickets back and forth as needed with optimal fares.   All tour tickets,  hotel & taxi bookings  were done and  info was sent in advance. Flexible in money transfers for bookings too. During trip:  With confidence on ITD, we started from Bangalore. 90% of the time the team was available on call. Rest of the time  they used to call back in short time. Our Leh trip was memorable. Even the Hotel manager at Leh gave good feedback about ITD as their rates are optimal & better than others always. Food and Service and general hospitality at Leh Hotel was one of the best we have experienced.


When returned to Delhi and planned to go to Agra, the taxi was not good. ITD responded with in minutes at 7:30 AM  and arranged  very good Innova and good driver. He accompanied us till end of the trip for next 3/4 days till we flied back to Bangalore.  Since Delhi Hotel experience was not good for us, when we gave feedback, he promptly  acted for Agra Hotel and provided one of the best hotels in Agra close to Taj and fort. Post trip: ITD helped with required bills for LTA settlement even after the trip was over and after one or two months later too.  Pradeep  has been chasing us for the feedback on his service. Not many service providers look for  feedback - Good or bad. Being an IT person, I was very critical on providing some negative feedback which he promptly acknowledged and promised to improve.  Since they are a small company and looking for continuous change and improvement, we can definitely encourage.


Any way  I even referred him to some of my colleagues. Improvements:  One of the suggestions was to inform the travelers about local holidays and availability or non availability of some sightseeing places and also open/close  timings for temples/forts/parks etc. during planning stage. They need to have Credit card booking facility. I Wish ITD all the best and looking forward for another trip!
