Highly ridiculous attitude of one mr.srinivas of your customer care cell.My son from USA has booked seats for me and my wife for 18.03.20 thru’ you and the flight No.is airindia 43 at chennai airport, that will depart at 9.05 PM.The terminal is not mentioned in the ticket.I just asked your srinivas about the terminal whether International or Domestic airport at Chennai.But his attitude was highly condemnable.I gave him my ph.Nos. And the trip id and the billing card Nos.He said he could not find the trip id.Also, he was evasive saying that he was out of his office and could not access his email a/ cs.Is this the way of his response?Bitter first experience with you.In futu
