I have joined 1 month before as an employee, I thought it’s d job of spreading awareness about various financial products to common man to save their family, finance, n future . But here associates need to recharge their wallet to buy leads which r fake leads .wen I was taking a calls n number of associates responding negatively then I realised that such an fake advice, fake service .so I was not self satisfied with that job . Moreover I am unable to cheat the associates by giving a fake promise . So I left the job within 20 days .
Mr . C s Sudheer CEO of the company, his ideas, thoughts r excellent. I respect him a lot. but I feel this is not the right way to educate the customers . Employee r always busy in generating revenues to receive incentives, but they never worried about associates pain
