A company with sheer misselling practices

One of  their employee namely Mr. Sangram and his manager, approached me with a proposal of providing ready to buy leads within my desired location (Anushakti Nagar & Trombay in my case). I bought a package of 10 exclusive leads on 13th Oct’12 and made a full payment of Rs. 3000. He promised that all the leads will be provided only from my chosen locations.


At the time of selling, he also committed that leads which would be out of my desired location or are not converted to sales will be replaced with a fresh lead. I would also like to mention here that while going through your terms and conditions, I raised a question on 60km range for replacement, to which he said that this is just for mentioning purpose and is not binding.


I also mentioned to him that since my agent license is getting terminated on 30th Nov’12, I will require all the leads well before this time. But I haven’t received any single genuine lead till now. All the leads provided till now are either out of my desired location or the customer is not ready to buy. On speaking with few of the customers, I came to know that customers were just browsing through your website for information without any real intent of buying a insurance product. However, at the time of selling it was mentioned by your executives that all the provided leads will be well advised and assessed.


Please note that its been more than 1 month since I have been following up with Mr. Sangram and their other back office employees, but all in vain. The date of termination of my agent license is round the corner and I haven’t received a single genuine lead till now. Moreover, only 1 lead has been accepted for replacement, but I haven’t received a fresh lead till now in its exchange.


THIS IS THE HEIGHT OF CHEATING. I HAVEN’T RECEIVED ANY SINGLE LEAD FROM MY DESIRED LOCATIONS. MOREOVER, MY GRIEVANCE WAS ALSO NOT HANDLED IN A PROPER MANNER.


Moreover, they still have not provided their senior management contact details so that I can take the matter with them.
