Today I got a call from citi bank credit card department about my late due date payment. The due date was already passed 3 days back. Now today they are reminding me for missing due date. What the heck. Can’t they remind me 2 days earlier so that I could have saved my penalty amount. Now I paid but with penalty. They do it purposely for getting extra amount. Even when I asked the caller why I am being reminded after due date? He said sir we already had informed you through email. Seriously they are minting so much of money from such penalty.
