Ok this is my second order with Indian roots and probably the worst timeline ever.
They mention on the website that it will take 22 days to procure and ship the product. Ok fair enough! Although 22 days is a LOT, one can order and forget about it.
Even international orders are shipped in 2 weeks or less.They keep responding to mails with a sorry face. Not ONCE have I received the products I orders.
Please close down the website or up the delivery. ATleast ensure that the products are delivered.
