I am regular online shopper and try new sites. I tried this site thinking as it is even a NDTV venture it will be good. But alas after more than a month waiting still I dont have my product. Money has been deducted from my account.
When you try their number its engaged always. If you write mail they sweet talk you telling the product will be delivered. When I write to them to cancel my order and refund my money they email me saying they do not have a refund policy. It is a fraud company and one of the worst site I came across. The one good thing is there product variety is good but if it never gets deliver what is its use.
