I had bought a product. The quality was horrible. I wanted to return the product. It took them a week’s time to tell that reversal pickup is not possible in a city like Ahmedabad. I sent the product to the warehouse but tracking the same became a nightmare.
They have no contact no. and they refused to even call back. This is the last time I’ve bought anything from this site. My sincere advice to all: DO NOT BUY FROM INDIANROOTS.
