Customer support is very pathetic.They don’t answer any call and keep you on hold for hours.Chatting service provided in their site is equally pathetic.They won’t answer your chats.
Not to mention the emailing system.Just email them and forget that you have emailed them.
They had recently given a Black Friday offer of FLAT 80% off.In emails it was clearly mentioned that the offer is valid till stocks last.And true to it till Saturday morning the coupons were working.So around 1PM I tried checking out my cart using this coupon and suddenly coupon was removed on Payment Gateway page.Thankfully I realized this problem at nick of time or I would have ended up paying 56000/-
And when I pinged and called them all day after a while they replied saying the offer was valid only till 1PM.When I asked why it was not mentioned in Emails and how can you remove it in Payment Gateaway, again no answer.
