I agree with every negative review on this fraudulent company. I have never had a bad experience with any company before. I ordered six outfits in May 2016 for a wedding in July. Two of the cheaper ones arrived in the time indicated but these were not the correct size and not worth even as home wear. Lousy quality. Gave these away to charity as it would have been expensive to return as an international customer. The remaining order was "unavailable" after a three month wait! But the worst part is that I had to fight for my refund and today only part of it has come through. Moreover, the USD refund switches to CND when reefunded. Added to that I ended up paying PayPal a fee. I am still struggling to get the remainder of the refund and when I mentioned that they should add the required fee and tried to withdraw it the refund shows as a refund to them! I finally have talked to PayPal and they indicated that there is no money to be withdrawn as Indianroots has not sent they any.
Do not deal with this company nor PayPal. I believe they work together to hold on to refunds owing using delay tactics to earn interest on customers money.
I having been looking into some investigative TV shows to check Indianroots out. Should anyone have any more shows that could take on this company I would really appreciate this information. I am unable to namethe ones I have been In touch with as I do do have their permission.
Please share this will as many as possible especially prospective customers.
August 17 2017 Update
Now they have stopped responding to my emails while they hang on to my refund. I have written to a website provided by another customer in the situation as mine and hope and pray these crooks are closed down.
