Beautiful collection of Ethnic wear and other stuff!
It happened with me for second time now. I placed my first order two years back amounting Rs. 5000/- approx. and had been waiting for the delivery of my order. After almost 2 months these guys sent an email to me about the cancellation of the order. After repeatedly calling their customer care they told me the products are not available and that my order was not paid(It was COD). Nobody resolved this problem and I didn’t get the products.
Next order I placed on 23rd March 2015, for five products which was prepaid, (As these people cancel the COD orders without informing to the customers) out of which 4 Items were delivered at there convenience and one Item was delayed. After almost three months, that too after sending reminders to care@indianroots.com, they informed me about cancellation of the order for that product!
Pathetic people. Everytime asking for bank details to initiate refund amount. I always kept on requesting for the delivery of the product.
Its been One year and 22 days.
