I ordered few things from a popular online shopping site called myntra.com on 27th of october, they shipped it on the same day.When I checked the shipment with the tracking code I came to know that the shipment has reached my city on 30th october itself, that’s within 3 days.
Now the best part- myntra.com sent it through the worst courier company called indiaontime express private limited. I am writing this review cos I still haven’t received my shimpment and 3 days have passed already since it reached my city. I have been calling these people since 30th and I am fed up hearing their excuses, yeah it’s the same things- vehicle broke down, we’ll deliver it tomorrow morning, early morning, today for sure etc etc.
This company is run by some school kids or they have recruited some employees who are not so serious about their job and don’t even have the courtesy to talk to the customers politely or give them a call and make an apology, every time you have to keep calling them and ask about their whereabouts.
My request to https://myntra.com would be to try a different courier people like previously BLUEDART, they never fail to show up on time on my door.
I am not ordering anything again from Myntra unless I have an assurance that they won’t send it through the cheap INDIANEVERONTIME Local Pvt Ltd. people as there are plenty of other online shopping sites coming up with better service and competitive prices.
Never send anything or use the INDIAONTIME service cos they never deliver it ONTIME
