I have been on all kinds of sites for parenting ever since I got pregnant.
I did find IndiaParenting.com when I did a search on google. But did not get hooked to it because a few features are not upto the mark.
Like some other lady said - anybody can post a message anywhere (relevant or not). This tends to take the focus away - it is quiet distracting also.
A few feature which is completely missing (and would be a good to have feature) are:
Finding your posts - you have to hunt through the entire site to find where you last posted your message. It would be helpful if it was more intutive.
Latest message (last posted message) first: It would also be great if the page could just display the last posted message first.
If the mesage boards were better planned - like general chat etc.
If we could upload pics of our babies - it would be so much more fun.
And one thing I found a little not so nice is - people only discuss problems there - and ask just one person (for example xyz - help - what do I do about this problem?) Like other on the forum don’t exist and if they do, the one posting the message does not care.
I really am not to fond of the site - sorry about it - you should try some other more planned site.
