Ilive in Bangalore.Eight months back I received a job offer from India’s topmost IT company TCS(Tata Consultancy Services), it was one of the happiest moment of my life. But myhappiness was incomplete. I was not able to make a firm decision – whether tojoin the company or not? And it was all because of my two years daughter‘Riya’. I was worried about her, where will she stay and how will she remainwithout me? My mind was baffled. I was not able to decide whether to send herto some preschool or look for a day care centre or hire a nanny for her. Then Imet my friend Tanya and discussed the problem with her. She told me about ‘ShemrockYoungworld’. Her son was also studying in that school. Name was quite familiarso I decided to go there and see the place.
Thevery next day I visited the preschool. From outside it seemed very beautiful, spacious and calm. I went inside….I was surprised to see the preschool sobeautifully made from inside too. The staff welcomed me graciously and gave methe school prospectus. The school coordinator escorted me to the Headmistressroom. The school HM was very nice to me. She introduced me to the whole schoolprogram and area. Everything was veryinteresting in Shemrock, the classrooms, play area, curriculum, food given tochildren activities and most importantly the teaching staff.
Iwas impressed but still I decided to examine the school more carefully, especially I wanted to observe the children studying there, whether they arehappy or not? How they are kept? So after two days I went for a surprise visit tothe school. And I was surprised to see children enjoying swings/rides in theplayground….I went towards the classroom and found children playing so wellwith their teacher. They were laughing and giggling together. And the teachertoo was enjoying with the little kids. Her behavior seemed to very natural. Iobserved few other classes as well. Now, I was relaxed. I was happy that stillwe have such nice, caring and loving playschools in our city. I immediatelycalled my husband and we completed all the formalities. My husband too liked Shemrock.
Thesame day itself I called-up the HR manager of TCS and told him that I will bejoining the company from tomorrow. This was yet another happiest moment of mylife because I got the right school for my child as well as a perfect careerfor myself. As days passed I came toknow more about Shemrock, its activities and programmes. My daughter was alsovery happy there. The most attractive feature about Shemrock was its fun-filledsummer camps. The management also introduced me with the summer camp ‘expertmentors’ who were called from outside.
Andafter analyzing the school for so many months I can say that…… Shemrock Youngworldis the perfect playschool for your child.….
