These so called indiaproperty.com has a paid service called AssistedProperty.

One of the sales lead Mr.Shaeed told me that there are huge number of houses available with in my budget and I may take up the paid services. Using paid services is beneficiary as they do a first round of verification by visiting the places personally. Now its already been a months time there is no proper response. Some of the properties that were shown are way far from my budget like 45L, 48L where I will end up paying 50+L in the end. My search manager is Prasanthini. She is like a dump lady who is of no use. A week back when I wrote a strong email a lady named Jeniffer called me and was asking all the reasons. After hearing all the story she said it will be taken care here after. But its like another big lie. They are where they were.
Recently when I call to that Shaeed, he told me that he is no more with the organization and he gave one more number. His name is Nikhil Krishna. Even this guy also started avoiding calls now a days. The chat and feedback options given in their site is just another garbage. Every time they keep on asking 2 days time to find property.
Finally when I asked the money back, there is no response from these guys. I know I lost my money. Don’t fall into these suckers sweet talks and pay money. Believe in yourself. Search properties yourself, even it takes an year its okie. Biggest problem with us is that we depend on others rather depending on ourselves. Just avoid these idiots.
