A person named shabeeb called and informed that they have a great service in selling property . There is a dedicated team that does the sales marketing of the property . I was made to pay INR 6000/- for 3 months premium account . Till the moment I was paying, I use to get atleast 3 calls a week. There were other companies that were giving better option for lesser price. but This guy told that their service is far better than others.
Normally I don’t commit to anything without reading through the reviews . But due to some personal reason, was not able to do it before payment .
To cut it short, after payment is done, I never got any follow up, or any hit on the property as they promised. I wrote a mail to indiaproperty and no reply.
Shabeeb seems has gone to hibernation and no more details from them.
This is the worst money I ever had to spend.
So BEWARE - STAY AWAY FROM IT AT ANY COST
