In case you are looking for a wonderful shopping experience which includes prompt processing of your order, update of your package movement, honest status of your order and prompt delivery commensurate to modern day transportation and logistics, then this is not the place.
I ordered an item on 6th Aug with a delivery address of Mumbai. By normal standards of any online shopping agency, you would expect a delivery in 3-4 days at least in the Metros. But my item was not even dispatched in 7 days. All this while false details were being provided by the Customer care(which has only one number that too functional between 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM cheers! the operators are quite courteous though and obviously apologetic).
Today is 14th Aug and I am yet to receive the item. No promised timelines have been met. The best part is, you can’t cancel order and get a refund. You still have to bear with the nonsense and accept coupons to go through this pathetic experience some other time.
Please use your judgement and exercise discretion before you buy stuff from here, lest we allow proliferation of unprofessional agencies quickly degrading the standards of online shopping which is so crucial for people in far flung areas without access to good stuff in the market.
