I purchased a saree from India rush. Then I returned that due to poor quality. Team said they will refund money in Indiarush wallet so I can purchase something else with that amount. I ordered 4 jewellery sets and paid extra shipping charges.
I received one broken set, one set which I didn’t order. They send something else. Other two was fine. Quality wask OK Ok. I asked them to replace my two sets or refund my money. They didn’t reply on time. I reached them on Facebook. First they respond after 2 days.
Then asked for the images. I emailed them. then they said they will get back to me within 48 hours but they didn’t get back to me till 5 days. I again tried to reach them over Facebook. they didn’t reply. I gave bad review over there so they blocked me. Given contact no always busy. You can’t reach them for your problem. They are fraud. I have lost my 1500Rs.
