I have redeemed 250 rs DD from their website in exchange of my survey completion somewhere in 2014.
they sent me the DD, and bank said it is not valid . lucky they didn’t filed an complaint against the company producing fake DD. I sent that DD back to them and earlier they were saying they haven;t received, and then got know how they accepted the account team has got and they are processing through mail.
Then I redeemed 1000 rs, and asked them to deliver with 250 with 1000, it will save your courier charges also.
After 7 months of 1000 rs DD redemption, I started following up for my DD, now they are saying they haven’t got my 250 rs DD and confirmation was given only for request raised for 1000 and accounts team is working on it.
tried to explain, you committed / passed this statement before my 1000 DD redemption, they started saying you are confused and then formal replies like this started flowing

I have straight shot question to them,
How much time you will take to deliver the 1000 rs demand draft, it is already been more than 7 months. 1 year is sufficient for you at least say yes or no.
every time I get this response accounts team is processing, do you hire PPF retired officers in your accounts dept.
that without bribe they will not process it.
seriously this is really pathetic.
