I placed an order for some products worth rupees 16, 700/- on 3rd Jan 2014.
Today is 16th, I haven’t received anything yet. I got a call couple of days after placing the order, saying all the products are out of stock, so I sent them an email with alternate products. They have not replied to multiple emails and never even answer the phone.
I am not sure if I have lost my money or they are going to refund it or send me anything!
