I’m writing this after my 11 mails to Indiatimes.com Employess for my Order which I placed on 8th Oct, 2002 through Credit Card. It was my most unfortunate moment to log on Indiatimes.com to buy one Grocery Item worth Rs 835/- with a free Reebok T-Shirt, Forget that Reebok T-Shirt, Till date I’ve not yet got my Grocery Product.
Kudos to HSBC people, who didnt do anything but charged me usually, they didn’t even talk to Indiatimes people about that, why will they talk, they are just a Credit Card providers who can do nothing if a Fraud is being committed on their Card. After this Episode, I’ve lost the Faith in Indiatimes.com and one day when I’ll collect enough money, I’ll give a Full page Ad in HindustanTimes warning people to log on to Indiatimes.com. Now I’m afraid since they’ve my Credit Card No, they can Misuse it.
