It is not always when you are frustrated then you write the review, I found this site as good.
I ordered 1 camera which was of cost 16000 Rs, I then I saw the reviews about the site all were negative, I became tensed, but I had already paid and there was no other go. But finally I got it and its nice I am very happy. Even I got at 500 rs less than the market prize.
1 Info, it got late by 2 days as promised. 2nd thing, I think the service from this site depends on the retailer, who finally sends the item to you.
When you order on this site, these people used to give the order to some shop and then they decides when to send and what to do with your order. In my case retailer was from Mumbai it was Mahavir computers, and I found he was a nice fellow for some doubt I called the fellow and he responded nicely.
Customer needs good delivery and after sells service if needed. So at least I will prefer peoples to buy from indiatimes.
