I had ordered Red Silk Saree with Heavy Zari Pallu from Maharashtra Times Reader’s Offer on 18th May 2010. Firstly they delivered wrong material to me, hence, i had returned the same on 4th June 2010 through Aramex Courier AWB 6159691451. Till date i.e. 20.07.2010 I have not received the right material from them. Every time I am calling them, customer service representative promising me that I will receive the material within a week .
In spite of my several mails to their customer service, Call Supervisors and even Operation head, I am neither receiving any reply(though they are reading mails because I am receiving their read receipts for my mails) nor receiving my ordered material. Their back office is working so bad that I had to wait more than one and half month to receive my order product, I hope at least I will receive my money back.
