I Placed order # 3001215433 for a cell phone on June 24th 2012, I was told the phone would be shipped latest by July 1st. When the product wasn’t shipped as per SLA, I called up Indiatimes on 2nd July and was told to wait till end of day(2nd July) and they promsied that the product would surely be shipped the same day. when order wasn’t shipped on 2nd July, I called them again on July 3rd and was told that they have noted my complaint about non shipment and it would be resolved in 10 business days( no updates on why the product wasn’t shipped).
When I enquired about the previous promises they made about shipments, I was given the excuse that " I have already put the request, not sure why the concerned team is not shipping it".
I asked them the details of the vendor who was supposed to ship the product, I was given the vendor’s name( JLK enterprise at Nehru place) and the cell number of the concerned person. When I called up the cell number the callee said he has no relationship either with JLK enterprise or with Indiatimes, I am not sure what to do now.
Rest assured, I am never going to shop again at Indiatimes, they are horrable and highly mismanaged. I would recommend everyone to think n number of times before dealing with Indiatimes.
