I had purchased a Jewellery set for my wife as a gift for the Valentine’s Day gift.(Order No.112190886) by seeing an advertisement in the TOI. I place the order on 6th Feb 2010 after been assured that it will be delivered within 14th Feb. But once the payment was made from my credit card, the order was not processed. I called up their customer care several times, but never got a satisfactory answer. Today it is 11th Feb and the order is yet to be delivered. This was the 1st time I placed an order to them and is really having a pathetic experience.
So based on my experience, never ever buy from these guys if you need the item to be delivered on any occasion.
