It is one of the premium shopping sites available for people in india.
It has a wide range of products which are available online. It offers the following products:

I have mainly used the books and magazine section. I find the collection very good as compared to other sites like fabmall.com, firstandsecond.com.
These people regularly provide discount coupons in the range of 10-25%. Also the delivery charges are preity low...
They have multiple payment options like Credit card, debit card, payment on delivery , draft etc..
Orders can also be placed via phone...!!!
Orderers are usually shipped in 3 days ...
THe magazine subscription section is very big... if we use a discount coupon (which they send us usually every month or 2) we can get a great deal...!!!
Recently they have started a book club, where for a small membership fees, indiatimes offeres an additional 10-15% discount on the books section.
The site also provides online bidding for airtickets for indianairlines and sahara. Via this section we can grab a ticket a discounted price.
Indiatimes has a matured marketing team. It scan for the frequent visitors and buyer and offers them additional discount and sends them details about products of their interests. This is very common on international web malls but not for one in India.
As compared to fabmall and firstandsecond, the customer service is better and the turn around time is less.
The site is also developing its auction wing with prime auctions from big brands and not indivisual sellers.
After shopping on indiatimes.com, I feel I get value for money..
