Was very nervous and feeling anxious after reading loads of negative reviews of shopping from Indiatimes. I had ordered a Xperia Z mobile on 27th April and was commited a delivery time of 12 days on 6th May. On 1st of May I received a call from Mr. Shobit of Indiatimes and he said that he is looking into my Order and it will be dispatched within the next 4 days.
I was further paranoid on hearing this as many of them had received similar calls but was only to assure the customers with false promises. On 4th May my account status showed that my mobile had been dispatched via firstflight couriers and I had a little comfort on knowing this but still couldn’t be relaxed until I received my mobile phone.
To my surprise the phone was delivered on the morning of 7th May with all the freebies packed intact and delivered safely. the mobile phone box was also sealed packed and not been tampered as in many other cases faced by pupil on buying from Indiatimes.
I am now satisfied and happy that I din fall to be a victim like the hundreds of others, and wish that the Indiatimes provides similar service to everyone else and makes themselves and others also to have a happy shopping experience on Indiatimes.
