My review is based on my experience on their shopping section.
In all honesty, the experience as far as placing my order online, was not bad. They have an abundance claim to numerous products and selections to satisfy the Trendsetters to the Gizmo Geeks. Although, the load time and the site structure can definitely use an overhaul, its acceptable.
But, the shopping experience doesn’t just end with placing the order and signing a cheque. The actual rewarding experience is to RECEIVE the items you purchased in excellent condition and within the stipulated time.
Since I didn’t get ANYTHING I ordered, I have to say that the whole experience sucked ass! The liars claim to send the items within 5-7 days after realizing the payment. My order was placed on Dec 02, 2002 and its Jan 14 today and I have absolutely NO RESPONSE from the cheaters, regardless of the numerous mails I have written to them.
There is no other contact information given on the site other than a dead email ID, which is quite clever of them. The Feedback form is a joke, since I don’t think anyone reads the messages. The Order History page is dead also, as the only message I have been looking at there for the past month is ’’Order Under Process’’.
All in all, the whole shopping experience was a complete sham and a farce to collect money from visitors. STAY AWAY!
