Very poor service they don’’t refund you your money after cancellation of order: here is the details
Inq reg order no.112342231 this order have been cancelled due to my mistake in shipping address just after 10 min on 06/05/10 again I called on to know the refund status on 26/05/10 after 20 days they said it has not been cancelled again they gave me new cancellation no 280056 person I spoke to was pankaj he said it will take 5-6 days for refund then again I called on 21/06/10 to check they said just wait for 48 hours and when today I called to check the refund status know they are saying it is not cancelled yet I don’t know what is wrong with your services it is a very very poor service I am fed up of calling for just rs 299/- it was my mistake to visit your website which is having a very bad service....as you check the records after cancelling this order I have made new order no is 112342254...know tell me what to do.
