Order number 3002952323, this was delivered (9th Jan) when I was out of town. I returned the next Monday 13th and found the package had only 1 pair of shoes instead of 2 PAIRS that I had ordered. My complaint is not being addressed citing in one phone conversation that 72 hrs had passed since receipt and they wont take a complaint and in another telephone conversation with customer care said 24 hrs.
This is unfair to customers who may be out of town or on vacation. Such unfair practices must stop. Other organizations entertain complaints even weeks after receipt. I live in a village and ordered online to a town address. I return every week to town and take my mail and packages.
How many people are like me who travel on work etc?
Never ever buy from them!
