Complaint No.782250 - India times Shopping
This compliant was to be resolved by 24th April, its been more than a month since the resolution by this fraud company and I have still not got my refund for the substandard product which they sold to me.
After my last review on mouthshut, their supervisor Mr Shobith called and arranged to have the product picked up from me and I was promised my refund within 8 days. It’s almost 3 weeks now and there is now news about my refund.
I called the customer care again and it was shocking to hear that they have registered one more compliant No. 878588 to check why me refund has not been sent.
These guys are frauds, for all who reads this message " Please do not buy anything on Indiatimes Shopping".
I am going to update my reviews on all social media sites and ensure I take these guys to the consumer forum for all the mental harassment they have given me.
