This site is not at all reflective of the times group. It sucks. I send a gift to my friend on his marriage and he never received it. To top it these guys charged my credit card too.
When I went and checked up my orders I has no orders listed and none of the customer service mails were replied too.
This site should be avoided and blacklisted.
I can’t understand why such sub-standard stuff exists in India and goes un noticed. We should have stronger customer protection like in US.
My mail activity no is 0000021592 and this chain has not been replied to since one month now. I don’t have any order no and one of their agents after a longtime asked me for this info the agents name was Mohanish, customer service ,
