I ordered a book on 9th Jan on shopping.indiatimes.com. Till 23rd Jan, there was no updates about the shipment. Then after two days they told its out of stock and amount will be refunded. I expected the money back in credit card till 30th Jan. I called them and now they are saying only gift certificates shall be given. Its Cheating! They advertise all VIRTUAL items on their websites. Once you order your money gets swallowed and you’ll get "virtual gift certificates" that too after one month time!. My Order number is **111472350
Why the hell one should go along with the adv. they give in TimesOfIndia? Junk ya. dont get cheaten, simply STAY AWAY from this website!
If you can take the risk of losing money or eager-to-see their gift certificate and do fun-shopping for paying real money on virtual items, go ahead with shopping in INDIATIMES. If you are intelligent enough to learn from my experience, spread the word and stay away.
