I have ordered product philips grooming set costing 2450 INR on 26th december 2008, product delivered after 15- 16 days and it was a hair dryer. the phone no given on shipper invoice were fake/ wrong.
I hardy had any thing to prove. then first india times shopping refused to replace it then after 7-8 calls and email the taken the product back . after 10-11 days I received a call from them saying that "your product has been delivered to a person named Harish chawla, can u collect from him", which I refused.
Since then I have called 10 times to their office and not getting any information and neither they are transferring the call to their company person and receiving different interaction no. no one has any record of the call to me and no trace of product till date(2/2/2009)so think before spending your money....
