I had placed an order(a birthday gift) with Indiatimes.com on May 3. A call to the customer care revealed that the product wouldn’t be shipped in time to the concerned person and hence, requested for a change of address. Even during those calls, I was assured that the product would reach the customer by May 13. But to my horror and dismay, I was informed today(May 14) that the product was out of stock and hence my order stands cancelled. It’s possibly the worst e-shopping experience I’ve ever had. I will never recommend this portal for shopping. Flipkart and Myntra.com. you guys rock with your customer service and product delivery! Indiatimes, you lose my entire family as a customer.
