Folks - beware of this website - Indiatimes.com. Never even think of placing any order from them. First of all they will not deliver your things on time. Secondly, they will open a case after the time is over and then will not respond to your queries or bother to update the case. If you call them, all they will say it we will ship in 2 days which will never happen. They say they will not give it in writing that they will ship in 2 days because they can’t!
Thoroughly frustrated with my recent experience as after 14 days of ordering with numerous calls and emails - status still shows "To be shipped". Their IVR menu says escalate the issue and response will be given in 24 hours - biggest joke. They never respond to that email. They know that is expected and standard - that is why they have kept it in their menu to harass their customers.
I suggest you folks to think hard before you spend a single paise in this fraudulent site.
