I bought a mobile & a Samsung 16GB Micro SD Card online from India times Shopping. There was short packing in one of the order, In spite of repeated emails & call their response is very poor. The standard reply is - our system is down and hence we can not check your order status. Please call after sometime. This is not even a toll free number, but a mobile number, One +91-9876848888 or +91-9989468888. On the IVR, there is an option to escalate the complaint, which promises to have the operations Head reply with 24 hours - In my case, I have not received an acknowledgement even after 1 week!
The TIMES brand name is being eroded.
