Well.the costs are really low wrt other sites or shops.U wonder and get allured to shop.
However when U receive it, U understand why prices are so low!
I ordered Indiatimes first as I saw a digital weighing scale costing very less.ordered and got a defective/ used piece. Returning and getting another piece was tough job as it was on merchant(whose address was later given by Indiatimes); Again got similar piece which was useless after 6 months.even when in use, was not showing proper weight.
Afterwards I ordered only when I got vouchers due to hotel reviews etc. which can be safer for me, as it will not involve paying anything. In that I got a chilly cutter(which was chipped at base and not sturdy at all); mechanical weighing scale(which also was very delicate and was not of use after a month); a kundan jewellery(costing 300rs, but available at 100 rs locally), etc.
The courier service(usally aramex) associated with them is also poor. They had very less service points, are not flexible to check availability at home, even when instructions given. also one of my order was received after 2 months due to courier delay.they had opened it and was not delivered for a long time.
So what I suggest is, if U are sure about the company or going for branded product, then only go for it.
Otherwise the stuff is all of poor quality. The customer service is average.they will respond to ur calls, not emails.
